Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for UrgeQ subscriptions.

UrgeQ offers monthly billing at $5 per month and yearly billing at $48 per year, which is 20% off the monthly equivalent.

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

You may cancel future monthly renewals at any time. After cancellation, access remains available through the end of the paid billing period.

Yearly subscription payments may be eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of the original purchase and if the account shows limited usage.

After 14 days, yearly subscription payments are generally non-refundable, but you may cancel future renewals.

Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, billing errors, or other circumstances required by applicable law.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
